Account info (name, email), subscription/billing data (via Stripe), product usage (events, settings), and content you upload (e.g., lead names/messages, media). Telegram data is processed solely to deliver features you enable.

3. How We Use Data
To provide the service, support, security, analytics, fraud prevention, and billing.

4. Processors & Transfers
We use sub-processors including Stripe (payments), Supabase (database/storage/auth), and our hosting provider. Data may be processed outside your country subject to appropriate safeguards.

5. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures; no method is 100% secure.

6. Retention
We retain data while your account is active and for a limited period thereafter for legal/operational reasons, then delete or anonymize it.

7. Your Rights

Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction
By using Convertorix, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. The service is provided by Quantix LLC FZ, Dubai, UAE (Meydan Freezone).

2. Description of Service
Convertorix is a SaaS platform for lead management, Telegram follow-up automation, analytics, and related features via a web interface. Subscriptions grant access during the billing cycle. No specific business outcomes are guaranteed.

3. Accounts & Eligibility
You must be of legal age to contract. Accounts are personal. We may suspend/terminate for misuse or breach.

4. Subscriptions, Billing & Renewals
Billed in advance via Stripe; renews monthly until cancelled. It’s your responsibility to cancel before renewal if you do not wish to continue. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current cycle.

5. Payments & Refunds
Payments are non-refundable once processed, including early cancellation or unused service. You agree not to initiate chargebacks with your card issuer; raise billing concerns with us directly.

6. Acceptable Use
You are fully responsible for the content/offers you promote and the leads you manage. No illegal, harmful, or abusive use (including spam, scams, or unlawful financial promotions). Breaches may result in immediate suspension without refund.

7. Service Availability
We aim for high uptime but do not guarantee 100% availability. Downtime may occur due to maintenance, updates, or third-party outages (e.g., Telegram, Supabase, hosting).

8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Convertorix and its operators from claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your use of the service or the content you distribute.

9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate for any violation of these Terms. You may cancel anytime; access continues until the end of your billing period.

10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dubai courts.
